Includes 24-hour pasture-time. Horses are kept in small herds and regularly rotated between pastures to ensure quality grazing. Run-in shelters and ample water is provided, as well as hay, when needed, during non-grazing season. We check each of our Field Boarders daily for any outwardly visible signs of illnesses or injuries. SFF staff will feed grain/supplements to your horse once daily during grazing season (unless otherwise arranged with SFF staff), and up to twice daily in winter.
Includes exclusive use of one stall per horse. SFF will turn your horse out/in daily according to seasonal schedule & will also put on/take off blanketing/fly masks, upon request. Owners are responsible for providing any grain and supplements and are responsible for vet, farrier, deworming, etc. unless pre-arranged with SFF staff.
For owners who want their horses to have the best care, but don't have the time to do it themselves.
For hands-on owners who don't need Full care but still can't dedicate 100% of the necessary time required every day. Owners and SFF will work out a customized plan to share in the responsibilities of caring for the horse.
For owners who prefer to do 100% of the care & feeding of their horse.
WITH STALL ONLY - NOT AVAILABLE WITH FIELD BOARD
